How to book your own hotel reservation

Create an Account
If this is your first time booking, you’ll be asked to create an account and confirm your advisor.
When prompted, search for Kate Van Dell as your agent.
Once your account is set up, you can complete your booking and payment.
After you book, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email. Within 24 hours, Sebastian Luxe Travel will send your official hotel confirmation and ensure all VIP perks and amenities are added to your reservation.
Note: Some hotel brands, including Four Seasons, aren’t available through this portal. If you don’t see rates for your preferred hotel, reach out directly and I’ll take care of it for you.
New Virtuoso accounts need to be created on a desktop or laptop computer.
Step 1
Click on the BOOK NOW button below which will open Sebastian Luxe Travel’s custom hotel booking portal

Enter your destination in the search field. Select your preferred hotel, then click on “More Details and Photos” to view rates and availability.
Step 2
Click on “Hotels” in the top navigation bar.
Step 4
When you’re ready to book, select the red “Book” button next to your preferred room category
